The family room initially booked was not what was provided, and it lacked basic privacy features with no bathroom door. Also, the condition of the room was concerning, with a lot of dirt, malfunctioning lights, and inadequate heating during the stay.

The location was convenient for exploring Goreme.
During my stay, the lack of mirrors outside the bathroom was frustrating, especially when getting ready with a group. I also found the breakfast hours unaccommodating. I requested an early breakfast for a hot air balloon ride, but was denied and left hungry. Lastly, the wifi connection was unreliable, which made it difficult to plan our daily activities.
